  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags or packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, cosmetics and beauty products cannot be returned once opened.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
