At Solara Mode we want you to shop with confidence. If your purchase is not quite right, we offer a simple and flexible return process.

Returns

• You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags or packaging.

• For hygiene reasons, cosmetics and beauty products cannot be returned once opened.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
